This activity can be conducted for large groups together.

Each subgroup operates with one web structure. The objective for the entire group is to pass throuhh the openings of the web and go over to the opposite side of the web.

Team work, team building, team bonding, big picture sensatisation, get out of silos, trust building, cooperation, collaboration, leadership, offer help, effective planning, roles and responsibilities, strenghts and weaknesses.
